Hold a degree from a recognised institution in any discipline.
Have completed NYSC, be exempted, or complete NYSC before the programme begins.
Have no more than two years of post-graduation work experience.
Have an active LinkedIn profile.
Possess strong written and spoken communication skills.
Have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Be willing to learn, accept feedback, and take responsibility for personal development.
Be available full-time for the entire 12-month programme.
