Information Management Systems Intern

Qualifications

Education
Recent graduate with up to one year of experience holding a Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Statistics, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or another related discipline.

Experience
- Up to one year of relevant work experience, internship, volunteer experience, or academic projects related to information management, data analysis, GIS, or information systems.
- Strong interest in humanitarian and development programming is desirable.

Technical Skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or Tableau is desirable.
- Familiarity with KoboToolbox, ODK, SurveyCTO, or similar mobile data collection platforms is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of GIS software such as ArcGIS or QGIS is desirable.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools is an added advantage.
- Understanding of databases and information management concepts is desirable.
