Outbound Team Lead

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in warehousing, outbound operations, or order management, including some experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Background experience in QA management is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Email, Internet, etc.); proficient in Google Office Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.).
• Proven ability to deploy and prioritize workforce effectively to meet daily and same-day shipping targets.
• Experience identifying deficiencies in outbound systems and processes, with the ability to propose and implement efficiency improvements.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy and precision under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Willingness to work overtime from time to time as mutually agreed.
• Must have NYSC certificate or possess a valid exemption letter
• Candidate must be based in Abuja.
