Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field of study.
6 months to 1 year of recruitment or HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about the work we do at One Acre Fund for Smallholder Farmers.
Familiarity with Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse) is a plus.
Basic data analysis skills - you can pick out patterns.
Great learning skills, curious, and a knack for attention to detail.
A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
Proficiency in English is required.
